Dr. Enikuomehin Segun Amudoye

B.Sc., MBA, FIOARM, FCTI, PhD Chairman / Managing Director

Dr. Enikuomehin Segun Amudoye is a veteran tax expert and economist with over 30 years of public sector experience. He retired as the Director of Personal Income Tax at the Ondo State Internal Revenue Service (ODIRS) and twice served as Acting Head of the agency. He holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Prowess University, USA, an MBA, and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) and the Institute of Organizational and Administrative Risk Management (FIOARM). Dr. Enikuomehin brings strategic leadership and regulatory expertise to Golden Agafo Ventures, guiding its operations in tax consultancy, property development, and general contracting.

Mr. Simeon Olu Okeowo

HND Accounting, B.Sc. (Edu) Economics, MBA (Financial Management) Managing Partner / Director of Operations & Administration

Mr. Simeon Olu Okeowo is a skilled financial and administrative expert with extensive experience in operations and organizational management. As Managing Partner and Director of Operations & Administration at Golden Agafo Ventures, he oversees strategic planning, internal systems, and administrative processes. He holds an HND in Accounting, a B.Sc. in Education/Economics, and an MBA in Financial Management. He is a Fellow of Forensic Accounting (FFA), Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), and a Certified Cybersecurity Expert (CSE). Mr. Okeowo blends financial insight, forensic expertise, and digital security knowledge to enhance operational integrity and efficiency across all business units.

Joseph Olubunmi Dada

B.Sc (Banking & Fin), LL.B (Hons), B.L Legal Head / Company Secretary

Mr. Joseph Olubunmi Dada is a seasoned legal practitioner and corporate governance expert with over a decade of experience in Tax Law, Banking Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Litigation. As Legal Head and Company Secretary at Golden Agafo Ventures, he provides strategic legal oversight, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides the company’s legal framework across its tax consultancy, property, and contracting operations. He is the Managing Partner at Aliu, Dada & Co., a reputable firm of legal practitioners. He holds degrees in Banking and Finance (B.Sc) from Ondo State University, LL.B (Hons) from Ambrose Alli University, and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Mr. Dada’s diverse legal expertise strengthens Golden Agafo Ventures’ corporate structure, risk management, and contractual integrity across all sectors of its business.

Mr. Ogunleye Kehinde David

B.Sc., HND, OND Head of Field Operations

Mr. Ogunleye Kehinde David is a seasoned tax administrator with over 20 years of experience. As Head of Field Operations at Golden Agafo Ventures, he oversees tax enforcement, field assessments, and community engagement. Currently a Zonal Head in the Ogun State Internal Revenue Service, he has served across key departments such as Property Tax, PAYE, Direct Assessment, and Informal Sector Taxation. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Ado-Ekiti, an HND in Marketing, and an OND in Business Studies. His prior roles include positions with Soa Engineering, West African Portland Cement, and the Ministries of Commerce and Education. Mr. Ogunleye brings practical field insight and leadership that strengthen the firm’s grassroots tax operations.

Mr. Ajala F. Adeyinka

B.Sc. (Econs), MBA, M.Sc. (Taxation) Tax Executive

Mr. Ajala F. Adeyinka is a highly skilled tax professional with strong academic and practical grounding in economics, taxation, and business administration. As Tax Executive at Golden Agafo Ventures, he brings analytical depth and hands-on experience to client advisory, tax planning, and compliance strategy. A former Tax Manager at Canadian Software Development Consulting (CSDC) Company, Mr. Ajala has led tax engagements involving regulatory interface, audit resolution, and structured planning across diverse sectors. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ilorin, an MBA from LAUTECH, and an M.Sc. in Taxation from the University of Lagos. His blend of academic excellence and real-world tax leadership enhances Golden Agafo Ventures’ service delivery and strengthens its position in the evolving regulatory landscape.

Mr. Julius Yemi Ogunmurele

Mr. Julius Yemi Ogunmurele is a seasoned Technical Partner at Golden Agafo Ventures, with over 30 years of experience in taxation, finance, and project oversight. He supports the firm’s technical execution, strategic operations, and advisory functions. He has served as Director of Management Services at the Ondo State Internal Revenue Service, a recurring Tax Consultant to the agency, and currently acts as Executive Director (Finance) at BON Hotel, Akure. His leadership spans both public and private sectors. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), he holds degrees and certifications in Economics, Computer Science, Banking & Finance, Taxation, and Engineering, offering broad-based expertise to strengthen the firm’s operations.

Mr. Rasaq Alani

Team Lead, IT

Mr. Rasaq Alani is a seasoned software engineer and IT strategist with over 8 years of experience in mobile/web development, backend systems, and digital transformation. As Team Lead, IT at Golden Agafo Ventures, he drives automation and innovation across the company’s operations. He has held key roles at Equinox Resources, Solidaridad Network, and Safam Digital Hub, where he developed high-impact, cross-platform applications and integrated telecom systems for clients like Globacom and Airtel. His expertise includes Flutter, NodeJS, Golang, Python, and cloud/database platforms like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Azure. Rasaq continues to lead the modernization of Golden Agafo Ventures’ digital infrastructure, enhancing service delivery across its tax, property, and construction divisions.

Mr. Adekeye Adewole Ismail

Team Lead, E-Tax Solutions

Mr. Adekeye Adewole Ismail is a seasoned software engineer and solutions architect with over 13 years of experience in scalable, enterprise-grade digital platforms. As Team Lead, E-Tax Solutions at Golden Agafo Ventures, he leads the development of digital tax systems, driving automation, data intelligence, and user engagement. He previously led the creation of Access Bank's digital lending platform, managing over 2 million daily loan requests and ₦800 million in daily disbursals. His expertise spans tax technology, cloud architecture, APIs, and digital payments across sectors like finance, education, and government. Proficient in .NET, NodeJS, Java, Python, Azure, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL, he supports Golden Agafo’s shift toward smarter, fully digital tax solutions.

Mr. Orola Ayodele Olusiji

Senior Project Engineer

Mr. Orola Ayodele Olusiji is a seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure development, building construction, and project supervision. As Senior Project Engineer at Golden Agafo Ventures, he provides technical leadership on major construction projects nationwide. He has supervised key works for both public and private clients, including road networks in Lagos, NISER buildings, primary health centers in the South South, and housing projects in Akwa Ibom. His portfolio also includes Lagos State infrastructure, Dangote Refinery pipelines, and residential developments in Lekki and Victoria Island. A holder of ND and HND in Civil Engineering, Mr. Orola is known for delivering durable, compliant, and high quality engineering solutions—making him a vital asset to the firm’s property and contracting operations.

Mr. Odimayomi Joseph

MSc (Quantity Surveying), MNIQS, RQS Chief Surveyor

Mr. Odimayomi Joseph is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of professional experience in cost management, project valuation, and construction economics. As Chief Surveyor at Golden Agafo Ventures, he leads the firm’s cost control strategies, ensuring every project is financially efficient, contractually compliant, and profit-aligned. A registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS), Mr. Joseph has successfully delivered large-scale residential, commercial, and public-sector projects. His expertise in procurement, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration strengthens the company’s delivery in property development and general contracting.
